REFUNDS & RETURNS
Unused and unopened products may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please contact us at: info@cowboybobs.com to start your return.
Used products are not eligible for return or refund.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
